Need to install 4 down lights, 6 outdoor lights ( 3 solar ), 2 bathroom mirror lights & 1 picture light all wiring is done and junction box installed.

Hi all, I have a downlight in the kitchen that I wanted to convert to a long pendant light. My last electrician confirmed it's possible but can no longer do the job. The pic of the kitchen downlight is attached with the pic of the pendant light.
