3 down lights are not working, probably needs replacement

Need to install downlights in our home. 1 kitchen 1 living & dining 1 lounge 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 laundry

I need 13 downlights supplied and installed by a licensed electrician. You can purchase a set of 10 lights from Bunnings, as shown in the attached photo. The job involves simply replacing the existing lights, which only requires plugging them in—no wiring is necessary. The reason for the replacement is that the current lights are flickering. Please note that I will only accept a licensed electrician for this job, not a handyman. Thank you!

Down lights would not be provided We need new down lights to be installed from scratch and existing button holders would be used for fans later.

An update: The sparky pulls out due to compelling reasons before we even get started. All materials are supplied converting the garage into an extra room. The garage comes with its existing power points and sub switchboard. All existing lighting and wiring is in very good condition. The quote should come with the break down of labour of every task. I am quite flexible with time to get it done. Owner/occupier of apt, looking for a licenced electrician to swap out some LED downlights and convert an existing single powerpoint in a cabinet into a double (also cut hole in cabinet if possible) Total of 15 LEDs to swap out - see photos, I already installed one and it works but access into crawlspace may be needed for some/ want to make sure insulation is clear from lights and everything is done properly. Replacement downlights and powerpoint plate/wall sockets already purchased, just looking for labour. Crawlspace access in bathroom. Not sure how large inside of crawlspace is or if access is required to complete job. Suitable times: -all day sun 2nd-5th -11-2 6th-10th mar, all day 11th-14th etc
