Need to install new 4 down lights in 4 rooms.

2 down light over the garage door, 2 on the front porch and one on the side of the house (over meterbox). One outdoor light on third rendered pillar. One PowerPoint in the powder room and one ceiling fan in kids room

Need two downlights to be supplied and installed in the single storey house . Holes needs to be done. Both need to be wired with an existing downlight. So no new switch required. D

Replacing old light with downlights

Seeking a licensed electrician to provide the following: -Installation of 8 additional powerpoints in various locations around the house. Powerpoints will need to be provided. -Repair one powerpoint in living area that is operating well but a bit loose at the wall, so that it no longer pulls away from the wall when removing plugs. -I recently had my patio roof lining repaired following collapse. Prior to the repair job my insurance company disconnected electricity to the area to make it safe. I will need the outdoor floodlight reconnected to the indoor light switch. I will also need 5 holes put into patio roof lining for downlights and to have these also reconnected to the indoor light switch. Plugs / wiring for the lights are already positioned inside the roof lining for the 5 lights. 5 downlights will be supplied by me. -Provision of certificate of electrical safety for works conducted. I have attached a picture of the patio prior to the collapse so you can get an idea of how I need the lights positioned and where the floodlight is located. Pic of switchboard also included My house is a single story home and roof access is easy via manhole in laundry. Easy parking in my driveway. I need to change stairway downlight from old style to 90mm style. It is double storage house. The light is on deep-end and will require longer ladder. In rest of the house, it is 90mm downlight. Only one spot has this light. The previous electrician had remove back plug to avoid it being turned on. So need to add that back again. Job requirement: - Remove old led light - Make the hole wider - Replace with 90mm light (I got spare light) - Fix up any wall damage caused by ladder - Put the back plug on light from roof so it can turn back on. - Provide Compliance certificate - Provide Invoice In the photo you can see it is about 4.5 metres high. I don't know if it can be done through the roof but I'll leave it with you.

I will purchase the downlights. Electrical wiring will need to be done through 2 way switches.

down lights which are not working to be replaced with new down lights and there is a short circuit happening in the shower rooms when one of the switches is ON. that needs to be fixed

An update: The sparky pulls out due to compelling reasons before we even get started. All materials are supplied converting the garage into an extra room. The garage comes with its existing power points and sub switchboard. All existing lighting and wiring is in very good condition. The quote should come with the break down of labour of every task. I am quite flexible with time to get it done. Rough in & fit off: 1x exhaust fan 9x downlights 1x rangehood 3x power points 1x weatherproof socket 1x light switch 1x ceiling fan Looking forward to your quotes. Regards
