Hello, We are looking for a licensed electrician to attend our retail store, in Castle Towers, to replace two faulty ceiling downlight. The Issue: Recessed LED downlight is not working – in our Back/Staff Room. The back room light failed gradually (dimming over time). The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacement for faulty light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). Approximate ceiling height is 3.5 meters. 2. Diagnosing the fault for light (e.g., failed LED unit, faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights in the area. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor must be able to source and supply the correct replacement light as part of their service. The cost of the new light should be included in your offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a standard commercial ceiling height. - Experience with commercial lighting, particularly recessed LEDs, is essential. Location & Timing: Location: Castle Towers Shopping Centre, 6-14 Castle St, Castle Hill NSW 2154 (exact location will be provided once the task is assigned). Hi. I need a new downlight to be installed on the entrance of my place. The area has suspended ceiling. There is already a 1 gang switch nearby. i would need this to be converted to 2 gang and get connected to the new down light.

Install 43-50 lights/downlights inside. Single story house. It's an older house with existing wiring and having downlights but we want to change all of them as part of the renovation. I do want to add a second switch to each room if possible (optional). Pls quote your best per downlight rate estimate if you like and that will allow me to make a decision.
