Hello, I am soon moving to my new house, waiting for the handover from builder. I would need to go with certain upgrades as listed below, require help in purchasing the material & installation of same. 1. Lower Floor(Indoor) - Remove the batten holder & replace with 24 RGB Wifi downlights. 2. Garage - 2 downlights - need suggestion what would be good. 3. Alfresco - 4 lights, need suggestion 4. outside - 10 lights. 5. 4 Fan installation All above are pre-wired already. Second story - wiring required, so need need some designing 1. about 24 downlight with wiring 2. 5 fan installation Might be bit more misc work, once the site is visiting we can assess. I would need help with suggestion on materials to be bought and would appreciate if you could get me at discounted rates. Please note: Quote is just mentioned to post the task - Due date: Flexible
