Location Melbourne CBD. Looking for a dog-friendly person with a car to pick me and my senior dog up, drive us to a medical appointment, and stay with him while I’m inside (about 1.5–2 hours). During that time, you can take him for a short walk, sit with him, or just wait nearby. I don’t have the exact appointment time yet, but it’ll be in the next few days, likely midday or early afternoon in or near Melbourne CBD. I’ll also be getting an X-ray, so the timing may vary slightly. My dog is a very sweet 17-year-old Pomeranian. I’ll provide everything needed, leash, pram, toilet bags, etc. I’m looking for someone relaxed and confident handling small dogs in public, with flexible timing. I’m dealing with an issue related to hardware in my leg from a previous fracture, so ideally this person could also help with transport and dog care on the day of any follow-up appointments or day surgery as well. Offering $50–$60 depending on time required, with potential for future help if it works out.

Looking for someone with professional experience in dog grooming to give our papillon dog a warm bath, blow dry, and a light trim. Her fur is still relatively clean from her last wash, & I comb her regularly so she has no knots. We normally have a person who comes with a van, but if you have your own dog grooming equipment (but no van), it could be done in our laundry or garage. She's a cooperative dog, used to being groomed, she just has one requirement--that one of us is present and talking to her throughout.

I have a lovely little red heeler named Shelby who's just had surgery and I need a hand to look after her during the day at my place when I'm at work (8am to 3pm) this Friday and Saturday. Just need someone to watch her, make sure she isn't jumping up on furniture, that she's staying as still as possible, lets her outside to go to the toilet, give her occasional pats. More than happy if you study/ watch telly/ chill out for the majority of time. Our boy is an outdoor dog and stays outside all the time (including sleeping), as long as there's shelter he'll be fine. He is a generally well-behaved dog unless triggered. He's very friendly so will jump up or pull/bark at other people or dogs if he wants to play.
