I have demolished a small mezzanine, originally 2100mm x 1500mm. The mezzanine consisted of 90x45 timber joists, pine decking, and ledger boards with a plasterboard ceiling. All have been neatly piled to the side of the property. There is parking/access 10m away. Image attached of the pile that I would like removed for context. Sooner rather than later is preferred, but times/days is negotiable, as I do not have to be physically present for you to come and collect. Many thanks!

Garden Path & Area Clean-Up • Remove weeds and shrubs from garden pathways (three main paths). • Clean up one car parking spot area. • Remove and dispose of pot plants in these areas. • Pot plants may be kept by the Airtasker (can be sold for profit) or disposed of in the skip. 3. Demolition Works • Pull down and remove basic cubby house. • Demolish non-functional brick BBQ (sledgehammer likely required). • Bricks may be kept by Airtasker (can be sold for profit) or disposed of in skip. 4. Waste Management • All waste to be placed in a Bunnings Skip (1,000kg capacity). • Skip must be towed to local Waste Facility (approx. 1km away). • Airtasker must supply vehicle with tow bar (if you are unable to provide vehicle for towing – please say so and we can provide, however, you will be responsible for commuting to waste facility and loading / unloading skip). • Skip hire and waste disposal costs are paid separately and are not included in your quote. What You’ll Need • Own tools (e.g. chainsaw, shovel, sledgehammer, pruning tools). • Vehicle with tow bar (unless stated that you would like us to provide). • Experience with garden clearance and demolition preferred. • Able to handle physical outdoor work and heavy lifting. Break up the concrete footings of these retaining walls using whatever method you like (strongly suggest demolition/jack hammer) and then dump the concrete at the tip. There are only 4 footings. In current state they’re too heavy to lift. I’ll be around to give you a hand.
