Prune / cut back overgrown cypress trees around deck Looking for an experienced gardener/arborist to selectively prune several mature cypress trees beside our outdoor deck. Scope: * Cut back branches that are protruding over/in front of the deck area to create more usable space and open up the deck. * Establish a reasonably clean vertical line along the edge of the deck, removing branches that significantly extend past this line. * Where branches need substantial reduction, remove the whole branch cleanly back to the trunk/branch junction rather than leaving bare woody stubs. * Focus mainly on lower and mid-level branches - retain the upper canopy and overall height/privacy. * Do not remove the trees. * Bamboo behind the trees is to remain. * Remove and dispose of all cut branches/green waste. * Care needs to be taken around the deck, plants and surrounding garden. I would like Light to medium sand on timber surfaces Clean timber power wash and Seal with good quality sealer. Front Gate and Fence- approx 25sqm. Side deck including 4 steps 15sqm Rear deck including 3 corner steps and BbQ cabinet- 35sqm. There are 3 decking boards which are cracking away which will need replacing. Overall the deck is on good nick.

Deck to be cleaned and oiled. The one by the pool is about 10mx3m. The one by the house is roughly 11m x4m plus the handrail. Please confirm how many coats? I can provide the oil but everything else to be provided by supplier.

I need my garden deck sanding and restraining - approx 40sqm.

You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. There is a lift to the floor then one flight of internal stairs. An easy job but needed before Wed 15th April. Thanks
