Deck staining and sealing

Seeking quotes for oiling/painting of newly constructed deck. The boards, railings, posts and steps are merbau and need to be coated in some kind of clear oil/polyurethane. Areas where there is raw timber including roof rafters, bearers and underside bearers and joists will require priming and top coat. I've already selected the paint. The floor area of the deck is just under 30 m2. The deck is about 2m off the ground. The height of the roof from deck level ranges from 2.7 - 3.05m. There is presently scaffolding in place and will keep it there for next few weeks in the hope that I can get it done within that timeframe.
