Timber deck requires repaint. Small area to be sanded to remove dull greyness from weather. Area to be sanded is 6 sqm Area to be painted is 32 sqm Previous paint used was Merbau tinted decking oil. Existing painted timber balustrade on back deck of QLDer ... about 15 battens need replacing - all battens supplied ... just need to remove damaged or rotted ones, install new ones with nails (not supplied), putty the gaps, sand and paint white (paint supplied). Should be done in a few hours. We'll supply the battens + paint. You'll need to supply appropriate fixings/nails ....and labour. Need it complete on Friday 9th June ! I have a number of decks (4) that need a re coating of sikkens decking. I have 160m2 in total around our home in car port, around pool and around our 2 story home. You will need to bring your own applicators. I have given the deck a good wash. I have the sikkens Cetol Deck here for 1 x cost, will need 2 coats around pool and exposed stairs near carport. Would prefer someone experienced to ensure a smooth and clean job.

Sanding our small deck with an orbital sander and detail sander (to get around the nails). We have both here. We’ve done a quarter and it’s very slow going. Happy to pay $35 per hour - for as much as you are happy to do.

My back deck needs staining which is approx 9x3. A good clean required before hand to remove leaves etc and the apply Cabots merbu natural decking stain. https://www.bunnings.com.au/cabot-s-4l-merbau-natural-decking-oil_p1521605 (although the 10 litres might be required). Needs to buy the oil, clean and stain. My tenant vacates on Sept 14, and the new tenant moves in on the 18th so as long as the weather is favourable I’d like it done on the 15th.
