I lost data from external harddrive 3 months ago and you posted a response. Today more issues -Sometimes a usb doesnt register when inserted. Others it says it needs formatting. Other times it registers. I have also lost data/photos which I need recovered from both usb and laptop. I am retired. Havent worked due to health issues and cant afford to be ripped off.
