I am looking to hire private eBay or consignment sellers in the Eastern Suburbs to take care of the entire process - photograph, list, and ship my items. And pay you once the item is dispatched. Price can be discussed or a percentage taken out of each sale item.

Create spreadsheets from my bank statements. Work will need ti be done onsite in my home at Darlinghurst equipment provided. I need help getting my bookkeeping up to date by reconciling my bank statements creating clean Excel spreadsheets of every transaction. Scope of work I have 4 bank accounts to work through. Two accounts are my main transaction accounts with most activity spread over individual personal transactions and business transactions plus 2 other accounts which have lighter activity and 1 credit card. The job is to go through my bank statements and create Excel spreadsheets that list each transaction (date, description, debit/credit, amount, balance if available) and reconcile them so everything is accurate and complete. If you can also help with sensible categorising (e.g., income vs expenses categories) for my accountant/tax file, that would be ideal. You must be confident in Excel and detail-focused. Confidentiality is essential. Please be comfortable working onsite and keeping all documents private.
