Needing a qualified plasterer Installation of some cornice where there has been some damage to ceiling (which has now been corrected)

I have purchased and painted the cornice as we built 2 new walls to make a bedroom. Approx 3m by 4m. Wide hallway and easy to move in room. Some cute are made, I Tried to put it up but not great with cement so need someone to come and mix cement, make the last couple of cuts and put it up please.

1 cornice has been removed. Need 3x removed and patched up ready for paint
