Ceiling needs replacement

I have a bathroom and toilet room that needs the cornice done, I have already pulled down the cornice. Room measurements are 2.6x1.7 and 0.8x1.45. Both square/rectangle rooms.

Ceiling cornices need to be fixed, wall cracks need to be repaired, room and ceiling painted

Remove tiles , cornices and bath. Owner can help finish this week

Two people have agreed to do this job, one from Facebook, one from Airtasker, both kept giving reasons couldn’t make it, but kept saying they’d do it. BOTH eventually said they’d do it for free because they’d reappointed so often, to which I said no, I’d still pay. Neither ever turned up. Supply and install gyprock for TV/Fireplace frame, flush and sand walls ready for painting. Cornice and skirting too if possible. approx 9m2 - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 22 March 2022
