Cooking & boxing up meals for the week - low carb, high protein. This is for weight loss & health - so need someone who understands how to cook healthy, minimal oil & knows a good variety of healthy meals To last for 5 workdays Cut & marinated veggies for air frying 2 low fat curries and/or marinated meat for air frying

Disclaimer: Public liability insurance required. Home with a pet (cat). Cleaning: X2 bedroom, X2 bathroom, balcony (Power washing required). Supplies must be self provided. Meal prep: 4 servings per day for 7 days = 28 meals plus bulk snacks. You will be provided with all required ingredients and recipes. If you'd like to have creative control of this I'm more than happy to let you run wild within specific parameters (aka chicken as only meat, no seafood etc). Details of this will be provided before first meeting. Specifications of cleaning required will be discussed after assignment or in the comments (if the word count fits).

$350 a week + Monthly clean + more for laundry. Cleaning: Focus is on the kitchen twice a week with: - dishes - counter - stove top - rid the fridge of old food - cleaning containers out - putting all clean dishes etc away You're welcome to use the dishwasher. Weekly: Taking the bins out: 2 bathrooms, study, and bedroom and replacing the liners. Taking and replacing the cat litter (replacement cat litter provided) Wash and change bedsheets, blankets, pillowcases and towels Vacuum whole apartment (1 bedroom, 2 bathroom) General tidy up/putting things away. Clean two bathrooms Cleaning of cat's auto waterer (bowl and the water reservoir) and food bowl Monthly: Deep clean of the ensuite Meal prep: Weekly healthy, hearty meals without specific ingredients (my husband is quite picky). Ingredients will be provided after discussion of what is required each week (happy to do this remote or over the phone). I will organise access to the apartment (key and fob required). I will be working from home for your first couple of visits to show you where everything is and answer any questions, also manage the cat haha. You will obviously be provided with my contact info. My husband works nearby if you have any emergencies. Your safety and wellbeing is important to us as well! All supplies will be provided after discussion of what is required for you to complete these tasks. Bonus pay: Complete the laundry and put them away. Washer and dryer provided of course.
