We’re looking for a reliable, experienced home cook or chef to prepare a week’s worth of healthy meals for our family (2 adults + 2 kids) in our home in Upwey on a Monday, Thursday or Friday. What we need: * 4 x family dinners (cooked in double portions to last 2 nights each) e.g. curry, stir fry, pasta dish etc. * 1 x lunch meal prepped in bulk (for 2 adults, 5 days e.g. chicken rice veg) * 2 x baked healthy snacks (e.g. muffins, oat bars) to last the kids a week * Access to slow cooker, rice cooker, food blender, etc We’ll provide: * Grocery ingredients (we do the shop, you tell us the menu). * All cooking equipment + kitchen access You’ll provide: * Meal prep and cooking in our home with meal suggestions but we do have some we can share * Efficient kitchen use and portioning of meals into containers * Cleaning up after yourself Time Required: Approx. 3 hours weekly on Wednesday Experience: * Home cooks or chefs with family-style cooking experience * Familiar with batch cooking, portion control, and simple recipes * Must be clean, organised, and comfortable working in a family home Budget: Please quote for your time (ingredients provided). Not sure where to start with this one and how long it will be for. Basically, I have cancer, I am too tired but after back surgery and treatment I am also unable to lift and do all the normal chores I used to and I now find it exhausting to cook for myself. - I require I follow a Strict alkaline nutrition plan for at least a few months after my overseas treatment ends in early September. I assume this job would be weekly it just depends on how I go… (Basically, organic fruit, veggies, some beans, legumes, spelt flour, coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, quinoa, millet… but NO TOFU or any sugar!) What I need help with: -To help prepare portioned daily juicing bags ready for me to juice in the mornings as I need to have it fresh. (x7 for a week) includes wash, chop veggies/fruit according to recipes -Make 5-7x breakfasts to last me the week (ideas: chia seed puddings with fruit, almond meal muffins that kind of stuff) -Batch cook falafels, zucchini fritters etc so I have some things frozen in the freezer for emergencies (any other ideas welcome) -food prep salad ingredients (washed, chopped, into containers so I can quickly put together a quick salad (roast sweet potatoes, veggies, quinoa etc) -make some ready to eat meals I can store in the fridge for a few days I will purchase all produce needed as it has to be all organic. Would love some help on different meal ideas as it can get quite boring. I would make a list of all the things I can eat and what I don’t like. I would purchase all the necessary food containers you would need but I would love it if the person came to my house to cook/prep the food as opposed to getting it delivered. Not sure how many hours it would involve a week, if it’s a by hour type of thing. I would just like to get some ideas of what help I can get out there for now. Thank you so much!

Hi, We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child and need of a person who can come home and cook meals 2-3 times a week for us. The person will need to cook meals for 2 days (Sunday cooking will need to be enough for Sun and Mon - lunch/ Dinner ). Cleaning the cooking area after cooking is expected.
