Taps has some leakages so need to fix them

Remove all loose and deteriorated sealant around the shower base and reseal correctly. Reseal the right-hand side of the shower screen and frame. Reseal all shower screen and wall junctions where gaps are present. Reseal around the hot and cold shower tap penetrations. Reseal deteriorated waterproofing junctions between the shower base and wall tiles. Remove and replace deteriorated sealant around the bath and bath hob perimeter.

2 taps in my rental townhouse are leaking. Simple fix, just need new rubber/silicone washers. The shower arm needs tightened or a new one if broken. Need help as I’m away overseas otherwise I would have done this.
