Three leaking taps: - Kitchen sink wall tap, leaks out base of one tap when on - Bathroom basin sink taps, drip constantly. - Shower wall taps, drip occasionally. All three have had the spindles replaced, so probably need reseating.

Have purchased new bathroom taps and shower head, needs to be installed. One toilet is leaking, need assistance stopping leak. Another toilets head needs to be rescrewed on properly. Preference is a qualified plumber.

Looking for an experienced hand to replace 2 x kitchen bench tops and 1 x small bathroom bench top. These timber ones were installed 2 years ago unfortunately now are starting to collect mould. We are looking to replace them with a more solid solution such as the sample picture attached. We are open to solutions and want to team up with someone experienced that can guide us through the process. Kitchen bench measurements L 173cm (left bench) x L 210cm (Right bench) W 60cm (both benches from wall) Bathroom bench measurements 76 L x 50 W Measurements are approximate and would need a proper measure up with a qualified installer when job proceeds.

Remove four yukkas. These yukkas have been significantly trimmed however still have some left plus stumps to go. One is a very small one Preferably someone with a stump removal machine. Price to include tasker to bring own tools to complete the job. Rubbish to be removed. Happy to pay an extra $50 to remove the rocks to the side of the house.
