Cut down and tree months ago and these stumps are super super heavy, need someone to chop them up in smaller pieces and take them away

I am not happy with the concrete finish and am looking at a way to cover it up. I would like a concrete look epoxy or microcement over the front steps and concrete pathway at the front of my home.

We just moved into a new rented place. One of the problems I’m facing are the taps in the bathroom and kitchen. They are the old school cold on right and hot on left. I have a young kid who struggles (and will continue to do so I know) with mixing water to get the right temperature. Can these old fashioned taps be replaced with the one where you just move the mixer left or right? I don’t want to damage anything as this is a rented property. Thank you in advance!
