Sink & Bench Securing: Drop in the new laundry tub/sink and fix the benchtop down securely to the base cabinets from underneath. 3. Wall Tapware Replacement: Remove the existing wall-mounted sink spout and handles and install the new replacement faucet and handles provided. 4. Plumbing Fit-Off: Connect the sink waste trap and hook up the washing machine hoses. All materials, cabinets, sink, and new tapware are already on site and ready to go. There are 2–3 large stumps, including some quite thick/large ones as shown in the photos. The remaining stumps are medium to small. Job requirements: Grind/remove all approximately 12–14 stumps The larger stumps will require suitable heavy-duty stump grinding equipment Grind the stumps below ground level so the area can be used/landscaped afterwards Remove or tidy up the excess wood chips and debris after grinding Leave the area reasonably clean and level Bring your own equipment and tools Please inspect the photos before making an offer Important: Some of the larger stumps are quite thick and may require a suitable commercial stump grinder. We have about 15 rat traps around and beneath our house. Access under house is easy, at lowest point you can walk crouched down. They need to be checked and re-baited with a smear of peanut butter. If a rat has been caught needs to be chucked in the bush. Then put trap back in place. Currently we catch 1 rat a month so it’s not that hectic. Process takes me about an hour to do.

I have 12mm mdf carpet ramps from Intafloors. Need to be installed in 7 doorways, and carpet re-attached. You need to supply adhesive for securing the mdf ramp to the slab.
