Needing a few small patch up holes done

The upstairs shower tile at the floor is cracked. In some places, the grout has gone. It could cause water leak as well. When i checked in pantry downstairs, it shows some water marks. Attached are the pictures.

Replace rainwater taps as garden hose dont fit or gets cracked. Open to suggestions.

First the problem, I was playing my PS5 yesterday when it completely went dead with no signs no nothing. I tried plugging it into another PowerPoint tried a different cord and it will not power on whatsoever. I think it may need a new PSU, so to the person who wants to diagnose and repair it come out diagnose it clean it out it had lots of dust, if it’s the PSU replace it if it’s the motherboard then unfortunately it won’t be worth fixing. I’m going to need you to quote me a price to completely replace the PSU and clean but also a price to open up and diagnose the issue.
