Would love someone ASAP to come and swap out three bathroom taps that are leaking. I will provide the new taps.

A range of repairs and small jobs needed eg 2 internal doors hung, a small landing replace underneath support or rebuild, repair to existing timber window hoods (3), taps in kitchen and bathroom replaced (i have the taps), external door boarded up and 3 stair treads replaced.

External stair treads to be re stained. Stain and tape can be provided. Will need at least two coats. Need to be done between June 22-25th.

We need no more gaps done throughout parts of the internal location of the house followed by painting over. Equipment and materials need to be provided (except for paint) and removal of any waste on completion.

Paint one wall and paint a couple of touch ups on rental property in Norman Park. Paint to be supplied by Painter - Dulux Antique White. Needs to be completed by 5pm tomorrow.

Remove 4 palm tree stumps from front yard. Need them to be flush with ground so as can plant garden around and grow over them. One big one has been partially stump ground already. Tricky access so you will need some sort of small stump grinder to get them.

Recently I paid for tree removal but the stumps a sprouting and growing back. I need these killed off for good.

Replace 2 timber steps 2.8 x .5 in hardwood and re nail some deck timber

Require a good plasterer & painter for small ( picture frame) holes in the plaster walls, around the house and paint touch-up. There is one door that needs to have the sticky tape taken off and touched up. Plus another wall that had rope lights attached - now left with sticky tape marks. Its a quick job for a master of his/her craft. - Due date: Before Thursday, 9 November 2023

New sink and taps are to be installed in an existing kitchen I.e. new stone bench - kitchen / waste and taps need to be connected. Tap hole will be pre- drilled Laundry: taps and waste need to be installed / connected. Basin/ sink hole needs to be cut out of a timber bench top. Plus 2 x holes drilled for waste from timber cavity under bench. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 6 October 2023

Grind 4x tree stumps which are currently cut off at ground level and previously poisoned in a raised garden bed in the backyard. A small grinder less than 700mm wide or alpine magnum grinder is required to fit through front door of open plan house because access to backyard is tight down the side of the house and it’s probably better carried through the front door. The photo of the thickest stump (all 4 stumps are 200mm wide or less) and front door access is shown. Due date: Flexible

I need 4 x tree stumps cutoff at the ground. They are approx 300-500mm diameter. You will need your own chainsaw. I will dispose of the stumps.
