Our renovated house as 4 spots that are sunken/creak. We want to get it levelled up in those 4 spots. The entire house is on stumps but only 4 small spots are sagging a bit.

The deck needs sanding and staining. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck and I have most of the materials for the job. We are hoping to get this done before December 2025.

Cutting wood for a benchtop Hi, I'm looking for somebody to cut wood for two kitchen benchtops. I have the wood (two Acacia panels 2200 x 600 x 26) already. I have rough measurements already, but this could be measured and cut on site at my home. I havea jigsaw, but no other tools. I would only need straight cuts made, with the exception of cutting a hole for the cooktop in one of the panels too.

2 x bathroom taps keep leaking, sometimes worse than other times. Pretty sure the taps just need new washers, but no one in my family can figure how the actual heck to get the taps to come off 🤦‍♀️

Surfaces must be cleaned first with sugar soap (provided). Benchtops: 3 coats total (1 primer + 2 topcoats, following product instructions). Tiles & splashback: 3 coats total. No need to paint the tiles in the shower space. The silicone around the basins and walls will be removed before you start, so you’ll have clean edges to work with. The paint dries quickly, so the whole job should be doable within the day. What we’re looking for: Someone reliable with an eye for detail. Previous painting experience preferred.
