The security camera tech cut the Sarking in the roof above my Deck (single level). He cut the Sarking into 2 Flaps. I need to get the patches sealed with good quality waterproof tape.

one kitchen one bathroom taps are a bit loose just need to tighter them. Need the right tools as its a bit hard to reach. Should be a five minute job with the right tools

Following an underground water leakage, two concrete steps had to be removed to access the underground pipe. The water leakage has now been fixed and the two steps have to be rebuilt to restore the worked area

Regrout steps to match porch

Looking for a plumber to come out to my place and do two tasks: 1. Disconnect and remove 3 sprinkler taps that don't work anymore. See photo. 2. Divert aircon drain pipe into main drainage downpipe (so it looks better). See photo. Preferable with same metal piping as the downpipe (or put the white plastic pipe in it) so it is hidden. Thanks

Change taps in 2x bathroom sink

Need 2 bench tops cut in size and cut out 2 tap holes , and 2 sink hole on each bench.

Need to fix: 1 tap is leaking 1 small tap tightening 1 seal to re-do 1 need to bolt in the Pos stand Needs to be done towards the end of the day maybe 4/5pm

2 x sink taps and 2 shower taps need fixing or replacing. Hot sink tap does not flow. Cold tap drips. Both shower taps are loose and need fixing.
