Hi, I need 2 handymen to help with some work in my roof cavity. ​Main Tasks: ​Insulation: Install insulation batts for a ~150sqm roof area. All materials are already on-site. ​secure pipe clip: While in the roof, I need you to secure/tighten some loose water pipe clips/brackets to prevent the pipes from rattling. (I will provide the clips if needed, please let me know). Requirements: Comfortable working in roof spaces/confined areas. Please bring your own PPE, ladder, and a head torch. You will need basic tools (like a screwdriver or drill) for the pipe clips.

You’ll need to have all the other necessary tools and materials. Old toilet and showers must be disposed by you. We have two external taps. One recycled water, one normal. Currently we have irrigation timers installed on each, but this makes it difficult to use a hose. We want to replace the current taps with dual outlet taps that allow us to connect the irrigation timer to one, and the hose to the other. We need the taps replaced, and the timers reinstalled so that there are no leaks, etc. The timers are the Orbit B-Hyve 4 outlet timers.

Plumber fix 2 leaking taps and slow filling toilet cistern. The flexi pipe yo the cistern seems to be twisted making the toilet fill extremely slowly. The bathroom and laundry taps are leaking - tap head falling off easily.
