There is rotten timber at one of the corner joins, which may require quite a bit of filling. After filling, paint the top horizontal timber (about 7.3 metres long x 300mm wide x 45mm deep) both sides of the steps and including the steps. The paint is Taubman’s Monument grey.

Hi We rent a 2 bedroom unit in Ashfield. We are having our rental inspection on Saturday and I need some assistance with paint touch ups on 4 walls. Assistance with the repainting of the bottom of a bathroom door. Assistance with some mould removal around 2 windows and mould removal from a blind. The mould is not extensive and the touch ups are minor.

I bought a set of four new taps for the shower recess three of them I need a bit of a hand putting them on getting rid of the old ones it's a bit tough and I've got a vanity unit that I'd like installed that's all and the general inspection of the shower recess and the bathroom for leaks. I tiled he wall last weekend. I've got the taps but ust slightly different fitting, an older type I can't get them off but I got the new taps so I just need to get like three taps off and new ones on. I'll get a picture of the vanity up soon, should be pretty routine but it's currently got this older fitting as well. -yeah I appreciate the interest so I'll get close up shots of the vanity to you as soon as possible.
