Find an experienced concreter in QLD

I'm looking for an experienced person with a concrete saw to cut a straight line in the concrete alongside my house in Zillmere. Job details: Cut a straight line approximately 11 metres long. The cut needs to be 450 mm (45 cm) from the house wall along the entire length. Cut only – do not remove or demolish the concrete. The cut should go through the concrete down to the soil to allow the concrete to be removed later.

We have a small concrete pond in our front garden that we no longer need. We're looking for someone to cut the top of the concrete walls down to just below grass level so we can fill the pond and cover it with gravel. Approx. dimensions are shown in the photos. The pond is approximately 30 cm deep, but the full depth does not need to be removed—only the top section needs cutting off. On the side closest to the gravel, the decorative wavy edge sits on top of an existing concrete kerb. The kerb needs to remain in place and undamaged. Access is excellent, with the pond located just off the bottom of the driveway. I'll dispose of the cut concrete myself, so I'm only looking for someone to do the cutting. I'm unsure of approx cost so please ignore what I've put as the budget.

We need to make our side concrete path 25mm narrower to accommodate a new retaining wall. Looking for someone to make a single cut 10m long along the edge of the concrete path. Concrete does not need to be removed, we just need it cut so then we can break it up and remove it.

I need to core a 150mm-200mm diameter hole in a reinforced concrete slab that is 100mm thick. The hole should be as close as possible to the fence sleeper. The purpose of the hole is to provide an opening to install and 50mm in-ground gate post. The surrounding concrete should not be damaged.
