Customer's laptop is not turning on.

I have an ethernet home network. My new computer is HP OmniDesk Slim S030008a. My home cloud is Western Digital WDBCTL0020HWT- The computer has connected to the cloud and shows folders for music, photos and videos. When I open video folder it shows the usual choice of folders but when I open one of those folders it only shows videos not the folders they are contained in. I cannot move, edit or copy these files. I can only watch them. My old computer allowed me to view all folders on the cloud and edit or move them however I wanted. I can still do this if I connect the old computer to the home network. I am looking for someone who knows how to fix this problem so I can edit files in the cloud from the new computer. I also have a new Dell monitor that randomly says there is no hdmi signal even though it usually works. It usually occurs after computer has been asleep overnight but does occur at other times. Please do not contact me unless you know what these problems are and how to fix them. I am looking for someone to come to my house to fix this problem. I do not want to do it remotely as the last person who tried to fix something remotely did things on my computer he did not have permission to do.

It is a Bambu lab printer

I have an Epson EcoTank ET-4750 printer that’s over 5 years old and in perfect cosmetic condition. The ink tanks are full, and I’ve already run power cleans and nozzle checks, but it still isn’t printing properly. The issue initially was for all colours but after power clean, colours printing fine but black doesn’t at all. Looking for someone experienced with Epson printers to physically inspect it, identify the issue, and advise or repair if possible. Happy to negotiate the price.

Need an appropriate extender and it’s setup for signal to travel unimpeded from the modem through two rooms and a brick wall to operate a security camera in my garage. i am having issues with setting up my internet and modem., I need someone that understands how to do this as I am terrible with technology. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My Samsung Galaxy S23+ screen is broken, completely black, but the phone still works as my alarms go off when charged and I get notification vibrations. I need someone to help me get the photos and videos off the phone, as they are the last few years of my children's lives, including the first year of my sons life.
