He fixed the issue easily but after reassuring me that it won't happen again, the same issue happened thenext day. He told me to call him if any problems. I called and he promised to call me the next day and will talk me through the issue so I could fix the problem myself. Unfortunately he let me down by not calling me and giving further assistance. I felt like I gave him $200 for nothing and feel that I can't rely on Airtasker again.
