I have a WD External Hard Drive. Last time I plugged it in it worked. I plugged it in this morning. The HD has power. It make a clicking sound. My PC makes the sound that the hardrive is connected. In disk Management it says the device is working properly but not initialized. It allows me to safely eject hardware but the Hard Drive does not show in my windows explorer

Data Recovery from a 8TB Mechanical HDD to New 8TB HDD Hi there, I have a 8tb mechanical HDD hard disk with folder and videos inside. This morning I tried to access the disk drive however, it started making a slight "itching" type noise. I tried to use Disk Managment to access the disk but it says I/O error. I then tried to use "EaseUS Data Recovery" software, but I cant see the folder structure. It hangs in the "Scanning" mode with no movement and progress. I then took the disk drive to a local computer store and they said they are unable to get access to the folders to recover anything using the softwares and techniques they use. I am stuck and need a solution to get all my folders off this disk, and copied accross to another disk. Please provide me a guaranteed quote of providing this recovery service, and the percentage confidence you have in completing this job.
