Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Baldivis

I’m looking for an experienced IT professional to assist on-site in Baldivis with reviewing and improving our IT setup. We currently use Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Teams, OneDrive, 1Password, and PDF Architect (among others) and want everything set up securely, efficiently and following best practices. Scope of Work: - Review existing IT systems and provide practical recommendations - Assess and improve Microsoft 365 / OneDrive structure, including drive/folder architecture - Review and optimise 1Password usage across the team Audit 5 laptops + 1 desktop (hardware, software, performance, security) - Ensure consistent setup across all devices: Outlook configuration, OneDrive folder structure, diary/calendar sync, Teams setup, required apps, PDF workflow - Document procedures/SOPs for the current system Details: Location: Baldivis, WA (on-site required) Duration: Approx. 1–2 days depending on scope Requirements: - Proven IT support / system administration experience - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), password managers (e.g., 1Password), and PDF solutions - Experience designing efficient drive/folder structures - Experience standardising device setups and environments - Experience writing clear SOPs - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and small business IT tools preferred Bonus: - Experience supporting small businesses - Experience creating repeatable setup processes - Familiarity with alternative PDF software Budget & Fees: - Fixed price: $1,500 (open to offers based on experience) - Covers auditing and setup of 5 laptops + 1 desktop, system review, OneDrive/Teams configuration, diary/calendar sync and SOP documentation Any additional tasks can be billed separately at a mutually agreed hourly rate
