I need someone to set up a home computer with basic functions of Micro soft - emails, etc and internet.

Starting new job and need to set up workspace on laptop

I have an ethernet home network. My new computer is HP OmniDesk Slim S030008a. My home cloud is Western Digital WDBCTL0020HWT- The computer has connected to the cloud and shows folders for music, photos and videos. When I open video folder it shows the usual choice of folders but when I open one of those folders it only shows videos not the folders they are contained in. I cannot move, edit or copy these files. I can only watch them. My old computer allowed me to view all folders on the cloud and edit or move them however I wanted. I can still do this if I connect the old computer to the home network. I am looking for someone who knows how to fix this problem so I can edit files in the cloud from the new computer. I also have a new Dell monitor that randomly says there is no hdmi signal even though it usually works. It usually occurs after computer has been asleep overnight but does occur at other times. Please do not contact me unless you know what these problems are and how to fix them. I am looking for someone to come to my house to fix this problem. I do not want to do it remotely as the last person who tried to fix something remotely did things on my computer he did not have permission to do.

My dad is on fulltime oxygen and can’t move around and loves to be able to watch Netflix and stuff to pass time the past few weeks the internet hasn’t been working on the TV’s or computer

The task is simple data entry. Uploading photos to a website. Unfortunately it will need to be done in person, as the files aren't transferable nor is the login. Just need someone with basic computer skills who has 2 hours. Willing to negotiate. Need done relatively soon, preferably before Sunday 13 July.
