I've bought a new house, the last owner has installed a bunch of smart tech which I've not been successful in connecting to apps etc despite some basic instructions left behind by the new owner. Security system (Bosch), Security cameras (HIK Vision), front door bell (also HIK Vision) and a display screen/intercom to the front door bell (also HIK Vision) are all hard wired via ethernet. They route to a hub in the garage. The last owner left them all plugged into the hub and then into a router (TPlink) which he left behind. I've since unplugged the NBN from the TPLink and into my own Eero router, but the TP link remains plugged into the rest of the hub. I've tried using google and Gemini to connect the TPLink Router into my own Eero Router, change the TPLink Router's default IP addresses to prevent conflicts and disabled DHCP on the TPLink Router. But I just can't get those smart devices onto my own Eero network. I primarily need help with the above devices and getting them connected to my network, and then connected to the corresponding apps on my phone. For bonus points, I'm also struggling to connect the Matter-enabled wall switches that control the lights, and also cannot connect to the front gate (BFT brand, already has the wi-fi module installed according to the last owner).

I have a hp printer. In the past it has printed fine. Somehow even with connection yo the internet it is not printing documents from my iPhone Need someone tech savvy to come out and assist and troubleshoot To be done Monday evening anytime

I have NBN installed on ground floor along with a powered switching network for Cat 6 to 10 rooms and foxtel and phone to 2. I have a purely low key domestic use. I want advice on; 1. Do i need to the switching unit/hardwiring or can I just rely on wifi. I do not use the Foxtel nor phone points. 2. Should I move my NBN to a better wifi friendly location upstairs. Currently it is under the stairs. 3. Is my current Netgear mesh system sufficient or should I upgrade. 4. I am also going to install a wifi alarm system so need this catered for. 5. I would like a physical inspection and verbal report. I expect someone to spend around 45 mins on the premises.

I use MS Outlook opn MS Windows 10. I am finding that the outlook program is now frequently closing. the error message is "Outlook has closed" I lose all of my current emails and this is quite frustrating. It occurs every 2 hours or so. - Due date: Flexible
