The computer is on but the screen is black. The last thing I did on the computer was a software update a few days ago. Since then the screen won't display anything but black. I tried starting it back up in recovery mode (holding command R on start up) and I've also tried holding the shift key on start up, as well as control command P R. None of this made any difference.
