I’m looking for an experienced and reliable painter to complete a full internal paint job for my office space currently undergoing renovation. I will supply all paint, including the limewash product. You will need to bring your own tools and equipment. Scope of Work: • Paint all walls throughout the office • Paint ceiling throughout • Paint inner feature arch • Paint window frames / window seals • Paint door, door frames & architraves • Complete one feature wall in limewash finish (experience with limewash preferred) • Clean, sharp cut-ins and a consistent, high-quality finish Important Notes: • Office is currently empty / under renovation • Some patching has already been completed • Drop sheets required to protect floors and fittings • Minimal mess and thorough cleanup expected • Commercial or office painting experience preferred What I’m Looking For: • Proven painting experience (limewash experience a plus) • Own tools (rollers, brushes, drop sheets, ladders, etc.) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to complete the job efficiently and professionally Location: 📍 Sydney CBD (exact address provided on acceptance) Timing: Flexible start date – looking to have this completed ASAP. End of lease paint job, including patching some paint where pictures were removed from the wall. Boring white office colour required. I forgot to take photos when we left but office has kitchenette, two walls with no windows and one wall with 4 sash windows.

Recently put drywall on this wall and we need to paint it white to match the other walls. The office is in the city on Kent St, there is parking after 9am across the street. Ideally best time to do this would be Tuesday morning/afternoon. Seeking quotes to paint our office located 14/15 Castlereagh, Sydney. The office has a NLA of 154sqm however the whole office does not need to be painted. The reception area, three meeting rooms at the front along with the common area at the back of the office. This includes a total of 4 doors. The suite comprises 20 sqm in area with a ceiling height of 3.9m. There is a window frame facing the street and an internal window facing the corridor. The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.

Prepare and paint feature panels in the reception area, paint walls in the conference room, paint aluminium trims to doors and finish clear coat on floor.
