We're clearing out a property in Glen Waverley that has recently sold and need someone with a truck to help remove a full house worth of items ASAP. There's a large volume of stuff to go including furniture, white goods/appliances, and garden/outdoor items – it will require a truck (possibly more than one load depending on your vehicle). The good news – plenty of free items up for grabs! The following items are in usable condition and you're more than welcome to keep, sell, or rehome them: Antique timber side table with drawer Vintage oak 3-drawer lowboy dresser Grey fabric 2-seater sofa with cushions Large antique pedestal desk with leather top Rustic Hamptons-style TV unit / sideboard Queen bed frame – blue upholstered with headboard 2x fridges 1x washing machine If these items have value to you, that's absolutely fine – we just need them gone. The job involves: • Detaching the bench tops from the walls (we believe they are glued) and unscrewing the base/leg units • The bench breaks into 3 pieces but is heavy – two people strongly recommended • Patching any wall damage left behind (screw holes, adhesive residue, any plaster breakage etc.) • Taking everything away for disposal Good to know: • We’re on Level 2 with lift access • Tip vouchers provided – you won’t be out of pocket for dump fees • The room is carpeted so please take care during removal • This is a commercial office space Looking for someone with experience in furniture removal or joinery/carpentry who can leave the space looking tidy. NEEDED TODAY Picking up an assortment of Office waste, including: - Microwave - Maybe a half-dozen office chairs - Roughly 20 computer monitors (fairly narrow LCD screens, not big CRT monitors) - Some disassembled shelving - Roughly 10 disassembled (simple ikea flatpack style) tables + table legs - LOTS of boxes of general stuff (papers, books, plates/bowls/cups, etc) - No large items and then disposing of these at the TIP (please include tip fees in quote).
