House cleaning tidying up

I am looking for a quote and relevant information to help me organise my home. I recently(well not so recently. 1 year ago) had my daughter and her family move out after 9 years. I am almost 70 and just don’t have the energy or skills to organise my 3 bedroom home and I also have a studio space (3 room unit) that has been used for storage and overflow all that time and would now like to clean it all out.
