House cleaning tidying up

I am looking for a quote and relevant information to help me organise my home. I recently(well not so recently. 1 year ago) had my daughter and her family move out after 9 years. I am almost 70 and just don’t have the energy or skills to organise my 3 bedroom home and I also have a studio space (3 room unit) that has been used for storage and overflow all that time and would now like to clean it all out. My biggest problem is crafting tools and supplies. Also my mother died during covid, interstate and everything is getting on top of me. Please advise your operation methods and approximate rates.
