I’m looking for someone to clean and treat the area underneath my kitchen sink: 1. Thoroughly clean and vacuum the area, including removal of what appears to be old, dried rodent droppings. 2. Treat/disinfect the area and apply preventative pest treatment to help avoid future pest activity. I haven’t seen any insects since moving in, but I’d like to address the area proactively. 3. Seal the holes/openings in the wall. 4. Cover/seal the exposed/open section underneath the sink (e.g. with a suitable board/panel) so the area is properly enclosed and looks finished.
