Professional Home Organiser Needed – Declutter & Systems I’m looking for an experienced home organiser to assist with a full declutter & organisation reset of my home and to create practical, long-term systems so it can stay organised. To be upfront, the home is currently quite out of control. I’m specifically seeking someone who is non-judgemental, calm, discreet, and professional, and who can work respectfully without judgement. Important: This is not a cleaning job. I am not looking for a cleaner. I’m seeking someone experienced in decluttering, organisation, storage solutions, and systems creation. Scope includes: Decluttering and decision-making Creating a clear home for everything Implementing simple, sustainable systems Use of storage containers and labelling where appropriate Identifying items for external storage Sorting and packing items for storage Areas: Kitchen cupboards & pantry Main lounge room and front living area Bathrooms & Laundry Separate clothing room Main bedroom including en-suite Cupboards throughout Ideal person: Professional or highly experienced organiser (not a cleaner) Strong systems thinker Comfortable with high-volume clutter Non-judgemental and respectful Experience with ADHD or overwhelm highly regarded Timeframe: Approx 20–25 hrs, spread over a couple of weeks. House clean needed but bedrooms do not need to be cleaned. One main bathroom and toilet area and laundry area. Kitchen and living area. It is a fairly big space and am after a pretty decent clean if possible. The bathroom is also quite large. Happy to have 2 or more people to make it faster if that helps. Outside area also does not need to be touched. Would appreciate the windows outside to be wiped down too. We have 2 dogs that I will put away but heads up they can be a bit yappy.
