Hi, it’s a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, approximately 50–60 square metres. The flooring is all timber except for tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. There is no carpet. The unit is in reasonably clean condition overall. No wall stains requiring attention (as shown in Photo 1). There may be some existing black marks on the walls which were present when I moved in, so they do not need to be cleaned. Some light dust and spider webs in corners will need dusting/removal. There are five venetian blinds in total with light dusting required (see Photos 2 & 3). Bedroom Clean 2 windows, blinds, and floor. No need to clean inside the wardrobe. Hallway General floor cleaning only, no need to clean the storage cupboard. Bathroom Clean mirror, bathtub, small vanity, and floor. I have 2 bdrm unit in Lindisfarne to be relisted on AirBnB starting in about 2 weeks. We are looking for a regular cleaner to handle the regular clean and changeover, (ie. restock and ensure all is placed back in their space etc. I have a reference photo for each room to make sure nothing is missing or everything should be as it was). There's a queen bed and 2 single beds. Open lounge/dining with couch and dining table, with a full bathroom and kitchen. There's newly installed carpets and flooring (brand new) The previous cleaner spends around 45 mins-1hr cleaning. We will have a minimum 3 night stay. We sometimes may get longer stays from time to time. Clean and changeovers can be same day (check out at 11am and check in at 2pm), and sometimes fall on weekends. I have 3 sets of changeover linen the cleaner will need to take away and clean. This includes: fitted and flat sheets with pillowcases and towels for each changeover including a tea towel and bath mat. (Occasionally the doona covers if they get marked or need a change, usually every 3 weeks etc) We are looking for a regular long term arrangement with a reliable person. There's a vacuum in the unit but the tasker must have their own cleaning equipment and supplies. There's a flight of steps to get to the apartment.
