Looking for a reliable and thorough house cleaner to help keep our home in good shape. We're a family household in West Hobart. What we're after: General cleaning of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Kitchen (benches, stovetop, sink, exterior of appliances) Vacuuming and mopping throughout Bathrooms cleaned and sanitised Dusting and general tidying of living areas Cleaning inside of microwave Occasional other ad hoc jobs Folding clean washing, replacing bedsheets, ironing Frequency: Fortnightly for a proper clean and fortnightly for a shorter housekeeping-only visit with lighter cleaning, tidying and laundry things. Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment, or let me know if you'd prefer I supply them. When making an offer, it would help to know your general availability and whether you're insured. We're happy to agree an hourly rate. I figure it takes about 2 or 3 hours to do a full clean of the house and figure the lighter housekeeping visit to be 1 to 2 hours. I'm looking for someone to clean our rental property on Friday 22 May (we're vacating the property on Saturday morning, 23 May). The property is in a very clean condition and there is no carpet (only wooden flooring). Generally, we'd like someone to vacuum and mop all floors, vacuum curtains, dust and wipe all surfaces (including windowsills and light covers), and generally leave the place fresh. The concrete entrance to My mother’s place desperately needs pressure washing. She won’t get it done so trying to arrange it for her. 2 flights of concrete steps and 2 flat areas see photos. I have a small pressure washer but this really needs a professional. Be great before and after shots! Hoping to get it done this weekend.
