We are therefore seeking a second, full bond clean of the entire house before we move in. The property is empty (no furniture). The oven and bathrooms have already been cleaned once, however I want the bathrooms cleaned again properly, along with a detailed clean of the whole house. This is not a quick tidy — we are after a high-attention-to-detail clean, including skirting boards, walls, edges, corners, and all the areas that are usually missed. We are also having the carpets professionally cleaned, but they will need a very thorough vacuum beforehand, especially along edges and where hair and dust have built up between the carpet and skirting boards. Because the house has technically been cleaned once (albeit poorly), this will be less work than a standard filthy bond clean — but it still needs to be done properly.
