Hello, Required chores for our end of lease clean are: The regular requirements for a standard rental end of lease, we are paying a cleaner with expectation for full bond to be returned, and for peace of mind. Details of property: Kitchen and Oven Bathroom + Small Laundry + Toilet 3 bedrooms - no cupboards, however, there are 3 pieces of furniture that belong to our landlord. 2 moveable clothes racks and one cupboard, we will arrange to put these outdoors for easy access. Windows inside and out The house will be empty as we are moving out this Friday, so there is an option for flexibility on the day you choose to clean, however, we do not wish to pay weekend penalty rates, so would prefer it on a weekday.
