Need to hand a chandelier, basically needs to be replaced with the new one.

I have an existing chandelier and need to replace it with a new one. The existing one is most likely less than 3kgs and the new one is around 5.25 kgs. I am not sure if a timber is already there or a new timber might be needed for holding the new chandelier. Pictures attached. Please quote how much will you be charging for the installation

I need to get the chandelier installed above the staircase in the void area. The electrician must have to have the A frame adjustable ladder . I can provide manpower if needed. The chandelier weight is about 4kg.
