Was quoted a price for 2 things which he could only do one then he started job and then told after starting it would cost me &150.00 more cause he didn’t think it was fair he didn’t have to accept the job or start it not a happy customer would not recommend him

Please quote to install 4 ceiling fans in a single storey house in St Marys. 2 rooms have existing ceiling fans that need replaced and 2 rooms have existing ceiling lights that need replaced with ceiling fans. Existing light switch to be used for light in the ceiling fan. Fans to be operated with pull strings built in to the fan. If ceiling light connection is missing earth wire this will need to be added from the nearest GPO. Also, need to check if the timber frame can support weight of the ceiling fan, if not will need extra support added. Fans will be supplied. Location is St Marys. Would prefer a licensed and experienced electrician to do the work.
