Roller Shutter motor clicks but doesn't open the shutter. There is light in internal switch but it goes off once you press either up or down button. The shutter stopped working after a storm and I think there is water ingress. Looking for a formal quote(must include full business details) to repair the shutter.

You written itemised quote must include following details: 1) Quote on a Business/Company letterhead, with ABN, Forwarding address and Itemised costs including GST 2) Cause of damage which water damage 3) Description of the item being repaired which is garage roller shutter 4) Description and measurements of the repair work - this will require onsite inspection 5) Cost breakdown 6) Photos of the damaged area - this will require onsite visit Note the motor cover is riveted so you must have tools to seal it back following your inspection.
