I need 3 ceiling fans installed in my apartment in place of the current lights. The new ceiling fans will be a 2 in 1 light and fan.

Broken plywood ceiling fan blade, but still intact

A previous Airtasker did a poor job installing a ceiling fan. Instead of securing it properly, he placed a piece of wood and screwed it in, leaving it loose. There is a metal beam available, so the fan needs to be securely mounted to it using a proper bracket or support. The electrical connection is already in place—everything just needs to be connected to the control unit. The job is straightforward: securely mount the fan to the metal beam and complete the wiring. Task: Install a ceiling fan mounting bracket and wall switch • Supply and install a fan-rated mounting bracket between ceiling beams to support the existing ceiling fan. • Install a wall switch to operate the fan. • Ensure proper wiring and secure installation for safe operation. There is no cable or switch . It has to be run through the ceiling and down the chiprock wall . Should be easy . There is also no ceiling bracket . It would be good if you have one .

3 speed ceiling fan. When 1 is selected it is incredibly slow (near useless), 2 is only slightly better while 3 is super fast. We want to see if the 1 and 2 speeds can be increased, possibly by reconnecting wiring for the capacitor or a new capacitor. Note the fan hasn't suddenly broken as it has worked as described above for years. An electrician once looked at it and guessed it was because the fan was 4 speed but the switch on the wall was 3 speed. I am not convinced this is the case

Moving house and need to remove 2xceiling fans and install original light fittings

I need two ceiling fans installed. It’s an apartment but have chip rock ceiling and attic. The live cables are in the attic. You might also need some timber to screw the fans too. I need this done today. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 8 January 2024

Looking to install 3 ceiling fans, all operated by a remote. Plan is to replace existing lights with the fan (light in fan). Live in an apartment in a middle floor. One light switch at all will need rewiring, as one switch controls two lights - one to be replaced by a fan. Will provide a 3-way switch and anything else requested. I am double vaxxed and have a recent negative test result.
