There will only be 8 guests, and the time required is for 4.5 hours, from 11.45am to 4.14pm, so this will be an easy job! Minimum requirements: The Person: - Absolutely non-smoker - clean & presentable, with good personal hygiene - some experience in waitering at good restaurants or private functions. The tasks: - Arrive at precisely 11.45. (Guests will arrive at 12 noon) - help serve canapés when guests arrive - help serve the meal as required.
