Scope includes: * Rendering around new window/door frames (some exposed brick) * Wall patching and prep for paint * Minor repainting to blend in with existing finish * Small carpet touch-ups * Possible skirting board repair/replacement This is a small job, but we’re after someone who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail – ideally with solid rendering/patching experience. Bottom of left door is rubbing against carpet- difficult to open/close for 45 degrees of door opening. Door needs to be adjusted so it opens and closes smoothly.

Stretch a length of Carpet which has been damaged at the edge by moisture ( see photo ) and also replace a small piece of carpet around 1 metre square which has been stained. I have spare carpet

The carpet and its underlay will be installed on the yellow tongue. It is ideal to have a colour that matches the carpet in the other rooms, but a similar colour is acceptable. I have attached the images of the room (yellow tongue) and carpet from the other room for colour reference.

There is 40cm x 40cm area showing squeaky sound when I step on it. It is located at first floor bedroom. I have tried to screw down but doesn’t seem to help at all. Under the floor is the ceiling of the living room. I have opened the ducted air-con outdoor and took some photo of that area. But it can nearly reached by hand from the air-con outlet. Hi everyone, I am breaking my lease and because I had pets I need to replace the carpet in the bedrooms. I need someone to supply/buy the carpet and install it for me. I am not sure what type of carpet it is and probably someone with experience will know quickly but I think it is not an expensive/difficult-to-find type of carpet.
