Replace timber door of bathroom (see photo), paint it. Lay carpet squares in 3 bedrooms. Fill 3 small cracks in ceiling, sand and paint over. We need someone who will take ownership end-to-end. Measure and source the door (to be reimbursed), paint it, install, clean up. There is limited furniture (beds, see photos) in the bedrooms - so these need to be shifted to install the carpet tiles. Qualified and experienced handyman preferred. Needs to be done this week, before Friday. Property is tenanted so we will have access for one day only.
