Flooring installer required to remove existing carpet and install hybrid flooring for a single storey home in Colyton. The areas requiring work include the living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms and hallways as seen in the image attached, approximately 90 square metres. All hybrid flooring boards, trims, etc. will be supplied and available on site for the installer to commence work. The house is currently vacant and we need the job done within the next two weeks. Loose lay 45 square metres of carpet tiles. Carpet tiles are unboxed and in the space. The floor has been vacuumed and mopped to prepare. Carpet tiles will not be affixed to the current tiled floor, only loose laid. They will be joined to each other at corners with carpet tile stickers containing pressure sensitive glue. These have been purchased. Space is a commercial premises so an excellent finish is required. Please quote appropriately, budget is flexible. Tues 6th May or Wed 7th May would be ideal.
