2 bedroom unit requiring carpet cleaning and pest control fumigation treatment for end of lease. Carpet - 2 bedrooms, lounge room, small walk-in wardrobe (rest of the unit is tile) Need a receipt provided for real estate. Must be completed Friday 15 August sometime between 1:00pm & 5:00pm Must provide own equipment.

There are 2 rooms, 2 stair cases and 1 landing area that need to be carpeted with carpet we provide. One room is 4x3m and the main room is 3.8x3.5m - approx 50m2 all up. We will have removed the old carpets ourselves and have the underlay prepped.

I have two small burnt patches on my carpet that need fixing. I’m looking for someone who can do a clean patch repair that blends with the existing carpet. Please see the photos below. Recommendations or quotes would be appreciated

3 bedrooms steam cleaned including pest control

Half the carpet in the room was lifted for drying after getting wet. There is a bit of water staining so cleaning is required. Area to be reattached is approx 25 m2, total carpet is approx 60 m2

Detach current carpet from the floor and turn around the same carpet to the other side of same room and re-attach back to the floor
